How is pricing calculated? What counts as a paid agent?
Suite pricing is based on the number of full (paid) agents in your Zendesk account. When installing individual apps, paid agents depend on who the app is enabled for. Light agents are always free.
Can I switch from individual apps to the Suite later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to the Suite at any time. Once subscribed, you instantly get everything: all apps, on the highest tiers, for all your agents.
