Better ticket views in Zendesk

Ticket views, for power users

Most teams end up with a long, flat list of views and a lot of clicking between editing a view and checking what it shows. Power Views is an alternative to the built-in views page. Put views in folders, change a view's conditions right above its tickets and see the list update as you type, then select tickets and update them in bulk.

• Folders for views: organise personal and shared views into nested folders with drag and drop. The structure is shared with your whole team.
• Live counts: every view shows its ticket count, plus how much it grew or shrank since you last looked. Pin favourites and tuck inactive views away.
• Live view editing: edit conditions, columns, grouping and sorting above the tickets and watch the list refresh. Nothing is saved until you say so.
• Update or save as new: update the view in place, or save your version as a new personal, group or shared view.
• Bulk edit anything: select tickets, ranges, groups or the entire view. Change any field, add or remove tags, add a reply or note, apply a macro, or mark as spam.
• Fast and transparent: updates run in parallel batches with a live progress bar, a stop button and a per-ticket report of what worked and what didn't.
• Keyboard first: move, select, preview, edit and refresh without touching the mouse. Peek at any ticket without leaving the list, and export to CSV.
