This is probably the simplest app you’ll find on the Zendesk marketplace. Just select the fields you want to hide and click save. You might need this app if you have ticket fields that need to be on a ticket, but should not be seen or updated by agents. For example, if the fields are being filled using a trigger, the Zendesk API, or another app.
Supported languages: 🇧🇷🇵🇹 Portuguese, 🇩🇪 German, 🇫🇷 French, 🇳🇱 Dutch, 🇪🇸 Spanish, and 🇯🇵 Japanese.
