Send Zendesk tickets in bulk
Pick your recipients and write once, then Outreach creates a personalised ticket for each person so replies stay separate. The app is free.
Contact as many people as you need at once
Send a maintenance notice, share a policy change or chase a group for an update without leaving Zendesk. Outreach adds a ticket composer to the navigation bar for jobs that need more than one ticket.
- Choose who gets a ticket: Search by name or email, select a whole organisation or everyone with a user tag, or paste and import a list of addresses.
- Include people new to Zendesk: Anyone who isn't already a Zendesk user is created along with their ticket.
- Preview the personal details: Placeholders fill in each person's name, first name, email and organisation, with a live preview.
- Send an email or keep it internal: Email each requester with a public reply, or create tickets as internal notes for your team to work through.
- Set the ticket fields: Set status, priority, type, group and tags, assign to yourself, or copy the subject and message from an existing ticket.
- See how each ticket turns out: Tickets are created through Zendesk's bulk API, with live progress and a result for every person.
Keep track of replies in Zendesk
Tickets are created in batches through Zendesk's bulk API, with live progress as it runs. When it's done, you'll get a link to every ticket by name.
Every run gets its own tag. Search the tag or build a view on it to watch replies come in, each in its own ticket rather than one mass-email thread.
What setup involves
Nothing to configure. Outreach runs entirely inside Zendesk, using your account's own API as the signed-in agent. There's no external service, and no ticket data leaves Zendesk.
What you get from SweetHawk completely changes what Zendesk can do for you.

Every time we've needed to extend the functionality of Zendesk, SweetHawk apps have been there.
The SweetHawk integration was very straightforward and allowed a high level of customization. We now have the power to determine what apps are needed for each specific group within MongoDB.
