New Features
- Apply multiple task lists at once
The Tasks apply webhook now supports multiple task list IDs in a single request. This makes it easier for triggers and automations to attach several task lists without needing multiple calls.
Bug Fixes
- Subtickets no longer get stuck while creating
We fixed a race condition that could leave subtickets stuck in a Creating state after a task list was applied. - Improved support for multiline custom fields
Ticket templates in Tasks and Future Tickets now apply correctly when custom field values contain new lines or special characters.
Improvements
- Faster Timer reports and sidebar loading
We improved database indexing so Timer reports and sidebar views load much faster, especially for accounts with large volumes of timer data.
New Features
- Requester and assignee added to survey responses
Survey responses now store requester and assignee information. These fields are also included correctly in survey CSV exports.
Bug Fixes
- Timezone scheduling fix
Reminder scheduling now respects the configured timezone, preventing reminders from being sent at the wrong time.
