Whether it's a task being checked off, a task list being completed, or a global event like any task being added or completed — you can configure anything to happen on a ticket without writing a single line of code. This allows far more flexible processes to be built with ease.
More flexibility around ticket field values
Whenever any task event takes place, you can dynamically update information in ticket fields. For example, you could set a field to store a list of all completed tasks and another to store the remaining tasks.
Enhanced template customisation
Create and modify ticket templates with greater flexibility, including cloning and field overrides. You can now also set the requester of a sub-ticket based on a Zendesk lookup field, rather than being limited to the requester or assignee of the parent ticket.

Define translations of any task or task list details into any language you have enabled in your Zendesk localisation settings.
