Multiple question types
Ask questions with scales of your choice: 1–5 stars, happy/sad/meh, or 0–10. You can also create custom dropdown fields and open-ended text fields.
Unlimited questions per survey
Each survey can include an unlimited number of questions, giving you full control over the depth of feedback you collect.
Write responses back to ticket fields
Customise the data you record in Zendesk tickets based on the information you collect. This lets you build any reports you want in Explore and create custom workflows in Zendesk based on survey responses.
Cloning
Clone individual survey questions or entire surveys — a significant time-saver when setting up similar surveys for different teams or use cases.
New reporting module
A built-in reporting module gives you an at-a-glance view of what's happening across your surveys, right out of the box.
