External events create new tickets
Integrations with meeting and appointment schedulers such as Calendly are now supported. When an event is created on your external synced calendar — by any means — a Zendesk ticket is automatically created and populated with all event and attendee information.
Link external events to existing tickets
Any event created in our calendar from an external account can now be linked to an existing ticket. The app suggests events that match the assignee or requester, and you can link with a single click.
Multiple events per ticket
Create as many events as you need on a single ticket, even on the same calendar — no more workarounds for multi-session appointments or recurring engagements.
Unified calendar view
Events from multiple calendars can now be seen in one view, so you can easily see what your team is doing for the week right from the app. All-day events are also displayed.
Separate workflows per calendar
Different workflows can now be assigned per calendar, so different departments or teams can have their own unique requirements and automations.
More powerful automatic event creation
The webhook that automatically creates calendar events on tickets is now easier to configure, with more control and flexibility — including the ability to set attendees, location, and other important event details.
Ticket templates
Creating new tickets for an event is now even easier with ticket templates that pre-define all the information you need.
Automatic assignment via placeholders
New placeholders let you automatically set the requester, assignee, and CCs on calendar tickets so the conversation starts right away.
Audit log
A new admin area shows a useful audit log of all creates and updates of calendars on your account.
