What's new in Recurring Tickets

February 14, 2024

Our new Recurring Tickets app has been completely remade with new features and greater control for app managers.

Improved ticket actions

New ticket forms and templates allow more powerful actions, including the ability to specify a particular author for comments added to recurring tickets.

More flexibility with templates

Ticket templates are now optional — only needed when you want several schedules to share the same ticket fields. Templates can also be easily overridden within an individual schedule when needed.

Cloning templates and schedules

Both ticket templates and schedules can now be cloned, making it much faster to set up similar configurations in complex environments.

Disable without deleting

Schedules can now be disabled temporarily, so you can pause a recurring ticket without removing it entirely — perfect for seasonal workflows or planned downtime.

New user interface

The new UI is consistent with the rest of the SweetHawk Suite, making managing your recurring ticket workflows intuitive and straightforward.

Name field

Each schedule can now be given a name separate from the ticket subject, making it easier to organise and identify schedules at a glance.

Audit log

A new admin area shows a useful audit log of all creates and updates of recurring ticket schedules on your account.
