What's new in 2025?

January 7, 2025

We've been busy. Across the entire SweetHawk Suite, you'll find redesigned apps, powerful new workflow capabilities, and a host of admin improvements. Here's a rundown of everything that's new.

All-new design, same great apps

We've completely redesigned our apps to deliver a more consistent experience across the Suite. Our goal has always been to simplify the complex — and the new design reflects that. You'll find a unified UI across every app, which means less time learning and more time working.

The redesign also unifies our codebase, so future updates ship faster to every app at once.

Flexible ticket updates for almost any workflow

One of the most exciting additions is ticket updates — a deceptively simple feature that unlocks genuinely advanced workflows. At key events or intervals (unique to each app), you can now automatically update almost anything on a ticket: add a tag, post a public or private comment, change the ticket status, and much more.

Powerful ticket templates

Ticket templates have had a full facelift. If you've used them in Tasks & Subtickets, Recurring Tickets, or Future Tickets, you'll recognise the concept — but the new version is easier to use and supports more advanced functionality than was previously possible.

Improved administration across the Suite

We've overhauled the admin experience across all SweetHawk apps. Here's what's new:

  • Authorization Control — See which admin is currently authorizing API access. Revoke and reassign the API user at any time — ideal when someone is leaving the company or being downgraded in Zendesk.
  • User Access Control — Grant additional access to specific users, such as managers or team leaders who need to monitor or configure the app.
  • Audit Log — A dedicated admin view showing a full log of all rule creates and updates, so you always know who changed what.
  • Diagnostic Tools — Run a self-service check and repair common issues without needing to contact support.

What's new in each app

Each app in the Suite has its own set of specific improvements. See the details for:
