Undo is a free Zendesk app that allows you to undo unsubmitted changes on a ticket. This app is great if you have lots of ticket fields and use macros to fill in those fields. If you accidentally add the wrong macro there may be lots of changes to your ticket and there’s no way of knowing what it changed.
In the past, the only way to remove the macro was to refresh your screen, but that would mean you lose all the other changes you’d made to the ticket. Now you can undo those changes one by one with this sweet and simple Zendesk app.
Supported languages: 🇧🇷🇵🇹 Portuguese, 🇩🇪 German, 🇫🇷 French, 🇳🇱 Dutch, 🇪🇸 Spanish, and 🇯🇵 Japanese.
