Once connected, each approver chooses Slack, Teams, or both as their preferred delivery method.

The next time you send an approval request, it appears directly in Slack or Teams. Approvers can approve ✅ or decline ❌ without leaving the chat.
4️⃣ Full visibility in Zendesk
Agents and admins can still see delivery channels and statuses inside Zendesk — so you never lose track.

Open the Approve app in Zendesk.
