Get reminders for anything on any ticket.

The Reminders app allows agents to set customized reminder messages for themselves and other team members that popup notifications and send emails at specified times.

Reminders will work on tickets in ANY state, including 'closed'. This solves the use case where you want to get back to a customer about something in say, 6 months time, but you don't want to keep their ticket open for that long because it would muddy your views and reporting. With Reminders, you can have your cake and eat it too! Mark the ticket as solved, and get the reminder in 6 months anyway.

 

Create unlimited reminders on any ticket via the apps pane.

Invite other team members on any reminder. Reminders work outside the flow of a ticket (ie. they even work on closed tickets!).

Receive reminders via a popup notification and an email. You can also check reminders off like a task list items.

You can define what you want each notification to say including being able to use Zendesk placeholders to reference ticket information.

Receiving a reminder

If you receive notifications overnight or while you're away from Zendesk, you'll also see a red dot appear in the icon at the top right where you'll be able to scroll through history and view highlighted notifications that are yet to be actioned.
