This is probably the simplest app you’ll find on the Zendesk marketplace. Just select the fields you want to hide and click save. You might need this app is if you have ticket fields that need to be on a ticket, but should not be seen or updated by agents. For example, if the fields are being filled using a trigger, the Zendesk API, or another app.
View a list of all your ticket fields and select which ones you want to hide.
Tickets are kept clean and simple with the removal of fields agents don’t need to see.
