Collect a much higher fidelity of feedback information with Survey for Zendesk. Instead of asking requesters to rate each ticket with a question where the options are limited to 'good' or 'bad', the Survey app allows you to ask your requester to rate agent performance with a 0-10 rating instead. You're also able to ask the requester a second Zendesk NPS survey question where they can rate your organization from 0-10 and report on all the results in-app.
The 0-10 responses all feed into the Zendesk ticket numeric fields and tags that allow you to produce reports over in Zendesk Explore and build workflows based on survey scores received.
Supports all languages currently enabled in your Zendesk settings.
